Once you place an order, we initiate our rigorous quality control and production process. Please allow 4-6 months lead time for the production and delivery of your order. Once your order is ready to ship, we will provide you with a shipping notification and tracking information.

Shipping Terms
We use FOB (Free On Board) shipping terms. This means that once the goods are loaded onto the carrier at our designated shipping port, the ownership and risk of loss or damage transfer to you, the buyer. You will be responsible for arranging the transportation, insurance, and customs clearance for the shipment from the destination port onwards.

If your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work diligently with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the best course of action.
Please note that while we strive to ensure your shipment arrives safely, factors beyond our control, such as carrier negligence or unforeseen circumstances, may impact the delivery process.
